Shipping and Delivery
All Saugat hampers are made to order. Once your order is confirmed, we typically dispatch within 3 to 5 business days.
India: Delivered via trusted courier partners. Standard shipping 3 to 7 business days after dispatch. Express options available on request.
International: We ship to UAE, Canada, Australia, UK, USA and more. International delivery takes 7 to 14 business days after dispatch. Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Order Processing Time
Because every Saugat is handmade to order, we do not keep ready stock. Processing time is 3 to 5 business days from confirmation of your order.
For urgent orders or wedding season, please contact us on WhatsApp before placing your order so we can confirm availability.
Returns and Exchanges
As all our products are handmade to order and personalised, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect.
If your order arrives damaged, please send us a photo and your order number on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery. We will resolve it promptly.
Custom and Bulk Orders
For custom designs, bulk quantities, or corporate orders, please reach out to us on WhatsApp before placing your order. We will discuss timelines, pricing and logistics directly.
Bulk orders may require a longer processing time depending on quantity.
